People do not need to study much to understand that we need our drinking water to be clean
People cannot learn the negative impact our way of living is making on water unless they are taught
Parents should educate their children. Tax-payers should not pay for that type of education

Ancient societies valued clean water and they lacked education
Obviously, because knowledge was orally transmitted. Children were educated that way by their parents
Then schools shouldn't educate children on this matter, let's ask parents to do it!

I fully agree, it is very difficult to change habits in grown-ups, but there's opportunity to influence on youngsters
